Potable Construction Meter Relocation Request

  4. Set date must be at least two business days forward from today's date.

  5. Once ready to remove meter and terminate service, contact customer@padre.org.

  6. Add the street name where the Fire Hydrant sits.

  7. Use the search bar below or zoom to the project area in the map.
    Click on the fire hydrant you'd like to request for meter set location and enter it's number in the box above.


  8. Legal Acknowlegement*

  9. This form will be submitted to Padre Dam Development Services. Please allow up to 3 business days for the request to be processed. Notification of approval or reasons for denial of your request will be sent via email.

  10. Upon approval, please contact Padre Dam's Customer Service Department at 619.258.4600 or customer@padre.org to request the meter move. Approval of this application will not schedule the relocation.
