Developer services
From plan checks to inspections, developers will find our engineering staff (and our GIS maps!) reliable and business-friendly.  Call our engineering department directly at 619-258-4635 or visit 7:30am-4:30pm, (closed from 12 noon to 1pm), Monday through Friday. Please call in advance if you wish to visit the office before 8:30am. We will give you directions for early entry to the engineering office.
Water Agencies Standards (WAS)

AutoPay and Online Payments
Padre Dam is now working on providing customers with AutoPay options through online account access and FREE online payment options. Please continue to check our website and read your bills.

You may currently make a one time credit card payment by calling toll free 1-866-519-9830 or clicking here. Please have your account number and billing amount available. There is a $4.95 convenience fee to pay by Credit or debit card.
