2 Drought Alert
Padre Dam's Board of
Directors declared Level 2 Drought Alert on April 28, 2009 in response to the current
water supply issues and the 8% water use reduction by San Diego
County Water Authority.

Watering Day and Times
In Level 2 Drought customers are limited to three (3) watering
days per week. Customers may determine which three days they
would like to water. Landscape irrigation using sprinklers is
limited to no more than ten (10) minutes per water station.
Watering days and times are effective June 1, 2009.
Level 2 Drought Rates
Water bills mailed on or after July 1, 2009 will be billed at
Level 2 Drought rates and are based on the 8% water use
reduction ordered by the San Diego County Water Authority. Use
