Douglas Wilson, CPA, General Manager

Wilson was hired as Director of Finance in 1997, and was promoted to General Manager in July 2006 following nine years of service on Padre Dam's Board of Directors, and 20 years of private sector financial experience, including an active partnership in Viera & Wilson, CPAs.
 

Deborah Groat-Baczynski, Director of Human Resources
Hired in 1991 as Padre Dam's first Director of Human Resources, Baczynski upgraded recruiting, hiring, training and benefits programs at Padre Dam, earning the 2002 Workplace Excellence Award from the Society for Human Resources Management.
