Director Suzanne Till was named Padre Dam's Board Vice President at the Board meeting on August 16, 2023. Till serves as Padre Dam's Division 2 Representative and has been a Board member since her election in 2020.
Director Till has lived in Santee since 1991, and advocates for affordable drinking water for Santee residents as well as water sustainability. She previously served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, and is currently a college instructor and Coordinator of the Academy of Science at Mater Dei Catholic High School in Chula Vista. She has a Ph.D. in Water Resources Geography from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Masters in Geography and Urban Planning from San Diego State University.
