ACCESS CONTROL SECURITY AND FIRE SYSTEM INSTALLATION, MONITORING AND AS-NEEDED MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Padre Dam Municipal Water District (hereinafter referred to as “District”) is requesting proposals to provide Access Control Security and Fire System Installation, Monitoring and As-Needed Maintenance Services as described in the “Scope of Work” for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of the contract unless the “not to exceed” contract amount is met, and not amended, prior to the expiration date of the contract. The District may elect to extend the agreement for one (1) additional two (2) year period on the same terms and conditions, upon providing written notice to the successful contractor prior to the expiration of the contract. 

The Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the general scope of work and the quote submittal requirements. Failure to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of the RFP and its associated procedures may be cause for disqualification.  

Interested firms shall submit their proposals via email to no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023 with “ACCESS CONTROL SECURITY AND FIRE SYSTEM INSTALLATION MONITORING AND AS-NEEDED MAINTENANCE SERVICES” in the email subject line.  

All questions regarding the RFP should be directed to: Padre Dam Municipal Water District, Cory Kading, Operations Supervisor,   or 619.247.2774 no later than 10:00 am on May 15, 2023. Written answers to questions shall be sent to all vendors invited to respond to the RFP by May 19, 2023; an addendum to this Request for Proposal may be issued if warranted.
